The Benefits of a Speculative Application
A speculative application allows you to be visible for opportunities that are not yet published.
The data collected during the review of your application is processed electronically in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for the purpose of managing the recruitment process. Adsearch, acting as the data controller, collects and processes the information contained in the documents you submit via our platform.
Why do we process your data?

What categories of data are collected?
To fulfil these purposes, only data strictly necessary to assess your suitability for the proposed position is collected during the selection phase (qualifications, experience, skills, and professional abilities related to the role). If your application is successful and leads to the conclusion of a contract, we will request the information and supporting documents required to complete mandatory formalities. The processing of your application is based on Adsearch’s legitimate interest in filling its positions and conducting its recruitment processes, and where applicable, on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request. The retention of your CV in our database for future opportunities and the sending of communications are based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
How long do we retain your data?
Your data is not retained beyond 2 years from the last contact, unless you agree to its retention for future opportunities. For processing purposes, the collected data may be shared with subsidiaries of the Adéquat Group.
Who has access to your data?
Your application is treated confidentially. Only the managers of the departments concerned by your application have access to it. If your application is successful, the sourcing department may transfer certain information collected to the organisations involved in your hiring process.

In this context, Google acts as a data recipient and may process certain technical data and transfer it to the United States.
