Adsearch’s Industry and Engineering division is recruiting on behalf of its client, a global player in the cement industry, for a Preventive Maintenance Manager (M/F) for a position based in Mynaral, Kazakhstan.

Your Responsibilities:

In compliance with health & safety, environmental, CSR standards, and the regulations of Kazakhstan and the group, your main responsibilities will include:

Validating intervention schedules (preventive, improvement, planned corrective) to ensure their effective implementation at minimal cost while respecting production constraints.Preparing for and ensuring the success of annual shutdowns.Optimizing equipment downtime and resource utilization by organizing interventions to minimize impact on the activities of affected departments.Ensuring compliance with intervention schedules and deadlines by ensuring the availability of installations for these interventions.Organizing, planning, and coordinating all planned maintenance tasks with relevant stakeholders: production managers, maintenance technicians, planning agents, specialized technicians, external companies.Coordinating the technical and safety resources necessary for interventions.Managing spare parts inventory necessary for preventive work by conducting inventories and tracking stocks via ERP.Preparing follow-up reports on preventive maintenance.Sharing and exchanging information on the status of equipment and installations to optimize preventive maintenance actions in collaboration with all service and production stakeholders.Ensuring the archiving of preventive documents and their availability.Managing equipment structure in SAP (creation, modification, and deletion of equipment and spare parts).

You will also manage relationships with suppliers and internal clients:

Supervising external companies or suppliers during major interventions, particularly by planning and implementing the prevention plan.Contacting suppliers to prepare for preventive and corrective maintenance actions (requests for quotes, tracking technical interventions, managing disputes).Maintaining international contacts with equipment suppliers to communicate on technical issues and request interventions if necessary.Searching for new suppliers, establishing consultations, and conducting comparisons and evaluations.Monitoring, controlling, and coordinating operations carried out by external service providers.

With a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, you have over 10 years of experience in heavy industry. You have held a similar position for a minimum of 5 to 10 years, where you demonstrated your project management skills and ability to lead and organize a maintenance team. You are proactive, analytical, and results-oriented. Your expertise in project management and technical knowledge in mechanics and electricity are significant assets. You are fluent in English, and proficiency in Russian would be a significant advantage. You excel in collaborating with various stakeholders, emphasizing adherence to deadlines, quality objectives, and safety.

You have held a similar position for a minimum of 5 to 10 years, where you demonstrated your project management skills and ability to lead and organize a maintenance team. You are proactive, analytical, and results-oriented. Your expertise in project management and technical knowledge in mechanics and electricity are significant assets. You are fluent in English, and proficiency in Russian would be a significant advantage. You excel in collaborating with various stakeholders, emphasizing adherence to deadlines, quality objectives, and safety.
