Permanent contract - IT Support Specialist (F/H) - starting from 50K - Sophia Antipolis

Adsearch, a recruitment firm based in Nice, supports you in your career to find THE ideal position. I'm recruiting for a fast growing fintech, an IT Support Specialist (M/F) based in Sophia Antipolis. 

Your missions: 
- Level 1 / Level 2 technical support for users
- Resolve technical incidents
- Install and configure IT equipment
- Participate in the continuous improvement of support processes
- Ensure the follow-up of incidents and support requests until their complete resolution
- Document You will work in a production environment.
Technical environment: Linux, Windows, SQL, Confluence, Python

Le profil

Your profile: 
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Experience in a production environment
- Skills in Linux, Windows Powershell scripting, SQL query (essential)
- A first experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
